2022年国庆假期，一眨眼就过去了，各位伙伴也陆续回到自己的工作岗位，努力拿下新订单。那么，跟进客户必做的这几件事，你做好了吗？

一、更改休假通知

由于十一放假，有些伙伴为了避免因为没有及时回复客户导致客户流失，会在独立站、各大社媒平台或邮件等渠道设置休假通知。那么，设置过类似通知的伙伴记得要及时修改信息，避免错过客户询盘。

二、联系工厂或供应商、货代

及时联系工厂或供应商、货代，告知自己已经正常上班的同时，确定市场行情。工厂或供应商什么时候可以接单生产，供货能力如何，产品价格的变动，船务的信息是否有调整，舱位如何，什么时候可以正常运输等信息，为接单做好充足的准备。

三、客户分类，发送复工邮件

不同类型、不同阶段的客户，他们的关注重点并不一定相同，我们也要针对性地发送复工邮件。

01 正在合作的客户

针对这类客户，他希望我们的邮件不仅仅只是通知他复工，需要为他提供订单的动态，什么时候可以发货，给客户提供更好的售后体验，便于客户做出规划。记得在要给自己和工厂预留一些应急时间。

Hi XX,

Trust you are well.

We get back to work today. And I'm writing to inform you that your order is being processed and it is expected to be completed by end of Oct, 2022. As soon as it is ready for shipment, I'll letyou know.

Thank you for your patience.

相信你一切安好。

我们今天恢复工作。我写信是想通知你，你的订单正在处理中，预计在2022年10月底之前完成。一旦准备好装船，我会通知你的。

02 以前合作过但暂时没有下单的老客户

这类老客户是我们重点跟进的对象，我们可以吸引他们下单的，就是我们之前收集到的一些市场信息，跟进内容主要包括：价格变动、产量等

After the National Day, the plan of our factory is as follows: daily output xxx, monthly output xxx, the earliest supply time this month is xxx. The price change is xxx, the shipping company told me, shipping space xxx.

03 已经确定订单，待付定金的客户

面对这类客户，我们的目的就是催促客户付定金，安排生产，尤其在出货旺季，要给客户增加紧迫感。

We return to work today and I look forward to getting back up to speed with a renewed sense of energy and enthusiasm.

I am writing to follow up if you could arrange advance payment this week. As you know, currently it is peak period and we are experiencing a high volume of orders. The earlier you can place the order, the sooner we can schedule the production.

04 有过询盘，但未下单

相信大部分的伙伴都有很多这一类的客户。对于这类的客户更多的是要学会高质量提问，可以帮助你快速得到更多客户的信息，进行客户分析。

Our first day of work today, the factory has resumed normal production, now the output of xxx per month, xxx month will be expanded to xxx, sufficient production can allow us to provide you with a stable supply.

Do not know whether you purchased the products during the National Day, or whether the purchased products have been shipped normally, if you are in urgent need, please write to consult!

05 潜在客户

如果说上面给正在合作或有意向合作的客户发的复工邮件是跟进邮件，那么给潜在客户发的复工邮件则属于开发邮件，也就是开发信。

We got to know that you are in the market for xxx. I've attached our product list for you to check out.

I remain available to discuss further on WhatsApp+86××××.

祝安好。

得知你们是做××产品，随附我们的产品清单或产品价目表。
